Yes! There are two other options which are the DJI Air 2S Protector Case and the PGYTECH DJI Air 2S Safety Carrying Case. 

Both these cases are shockproof, waterproof and dustproof. They fit all the contents of the DJI Air 2S Combo and most importantly can fit the DJI Smart Controller. 

There is nothing worse than not being able to see your phone screen in the sunlight. Here the DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller hood prevents the sunlight and glare hitting your screen. 

There are two ways to protect the bottom of the drone (with all the important sensors) which are to either use the PGYTECH Landing Gear Extensions or a Landing Pad, both have their pros and cons however most get both and use them depending on the scenario. 

If there is gravel, rocks, water = PGYTECH Landing Gear Extensions.
If there is loose dirt, sand, grass = Landing Pad in either 55 or 75cm. 

DJI sell a Car Charger separately where you can charger your DJI Air 2S batteries on the go. To charge more than one, simply use the charging hub and let the batteries charge as you drive.

Unfortunately the DJI Mini 2 does not come with an SD Card and the Combo does NOT include an SD Card. A MicroSD Card is required if you want to store images, videos and access QuickShots. It is recommended to use the following SD Cards:

Yes. Double check your surroundings before hitting RTH and ensure the appropriate RTH altitude is selected. 

Unfortunately the DJI Air 2S does not support the DJI FPV Goggles series or the DJI Motion Controller. 
It does support the DJI Smart Controller along with the DJI Air 2S, Mavic Air 2 and DJI Mini 2 Controllers. 

Yes! The DJI Air 2S features a downward light that helps the drone land in low-light conditions. It can also be activated during flight as another way to help identify the drone when flying a long distances. 

The antennas of the controller are located in the smartphone clamp and they need to pointed directly at the aircraft, therefore you may need to tilt your controller depending how far away the drone is. 

Turn off any unnecessary Bluetooth, mobile data and WiFi from both the phone and neighbouring devices, such as phones, smart watches and other remote controlled devices. 

Ensure to pilot from areas with height. For example if there is a valley and a hill, the Hill will provide better transmission distance due to the surrounding environment. 

The DJI Air 2S supports downward, rear, forwards and upwards obstacle sensing (45 upwards on the front). 

The standard controller does not support HDMI out. 

The Smart Controller, which is compatible with the DJI Air 2S, does support HDMI out so you can stream to a broadcasting software or to another screen such as a TV or monitor. 

Think of a sensor as a bucket capturing water, the bigger the bucket, the more water it can capture. 
In this example, the bucket is the sensor and the water is light, therefore the larger the sensor, the more light it can capture. 

Therefore, the exposure and dynamic range are increased, meaning more details from the highlights and shadows are captured. 
This also results in a photo with significantly less noise / grain.

SmartPhoto integrates scene recognition, HyperLight, and HDR into one mode for optimal results. Scene recognition optimizes different camera parameters for different scenes and supports intelligent recognition of five categories: sunset, blue sky, grass, snow, and green trees.

HyperLight optimizes photos taken at night or in low-light situations. HDR selects the best image from multiple layers, thanks to an adaptive dynamic expansion algorithm that determines optimal parameters.

MasterShots support automatic aerial photography and post-editing. According to the type and distance of the target, DJI Air 2S automatically selects from Proximity, Landscape, and Portrait templates and creates a cinematic sequence of shots. After shooting is complete, DJI Air 2S automatically edits the footage. Diverse templates are available for impressive videos with a single tap.

Yes! FocusTrack consists of three different intelligent tracking modes: ActiveTrack 4.0, Point of Interest 3.0, and Spotlight 2.0. All three modes offer different tracking features for any situation
