1. Purchase the Quote


You will only be eligible to begin the claim once the payment has been completed & confirmed. The policy will expire after 7 days of receiving your device (based on courier delivery date). Service items & Non-Quote Purchases are excluded.

2. Get Proof of a Lower Price


If you see the identical product(s) in stock at an Eligible Australian Retailer within 7 days of receiving your goods, you’ll need to record evidence of the lower advertised price. This includes the URL and a screenshot of the valid advertisement or PDF quotation.

3. Submit the Claim Form Online


Complete the Quote Guarantee form online within 7 days of receiving your Product(s). You will need to provide your invoice number, same contact details as your purchase and evidence of the lower price. The claims can’t be made over the phone, online chat, email or in-store.

4. Wait for Assessment


Our team will assess your claim and will notify you of the outcome within 7 Business Days. If successful, we’ll email you with your preferred method of store credit! It’s that simple!

Have purchased a quotation from D1 Store Pty Ltd and are within 7 days of receiving the product (based on courier delivery date).

Exclusions include Services (such as DJI Official Repairs & Maintenance), Ex-Demo Stock, Open-Box Stock, Second-Hand Stock, Non-Quote Purchases & Rentals.

Excluded Prices

❌ Second-hand or refurbished items.
❌ Coupon / Discount Codes
❌ Products that are on clearance, liquidation, auction/warehouse or likewise sale items.
❌ Inclusive of cashback or gift cards.
❌ Commercial Quantities.
❌ Online Only Retailers or GST-Exempt Retailers.
❌ International Retailers (must be Australian Stock)
❌ Gumtree, Marketplace, eBay and other channels of similar nature.
❌ Corporate Benefit Price.
❌ Incorrectly Priced Items.
❌ Staff Discounts.


Submit Your Claim

We will be unable to process the claim after the designated time period.

Please still submit the claim and our team will look at your claim to determine whether it will be successful or not. Our team will look at the % discount originally offered compared to the % percentage of the claim price. We will also look at the amount of discount offered in the claim price.

Our team will determine the difference and let you know if your original quote was the better price or if you are receiving store credit!

Service Based Items such as repair, care refresh, maintenance and training. Second-Hand Goods, Ex-Demo Goods and Open Box Goods.

An official DJI Reseller (Australian Stock) Local Australian Stores, can be online but shipping fees will be factored in. The seller cannot be a clearance, liquidation, auction/warehouse or a distributor.

It will take up to 7 business days for an outcome to occur.

We won’t be able to claim price differences from these websites and third-party marketplaces.

You will need to make the claim online, your store credit will be given based on your choice, whether that is online or in-store credit.

It will last up to 3 (three) months from the date of issue.

You will only be eligible submit 1 claim per quotation.
