We accept devices in any condition. Trade-in value depends on the condition of your device and the accessories you bring in. Even if your device is not eligible for trade-in credit, we can recycle it for free at our stores.

Trade-in credit is based on the full RRP and assessed against the current condition of your device, including functionality and completeness of accessories. The values listed in the table are maximums—your final credit may vary.

VIP Trade-In pricing is exclusively available to customers who originally purchased their device from D1 Store. You'll need to provide proof of purchase. Visit us in-store to receive your VIP valuation.

Yes, please bring your device and any accessories, plus a valid photo ID. For VIP pricing, also bring your proof of purchase from D1 Store. Make sure you've backed up your files and unbound your DJI Account beforehand.
