Payload Support + Camera Compatibility
DJI RS3 Pro: Just like the previous generation DJI RS2, the DJI RS3 Pro supports a wide variety of camera payloads that weigh up to 4.5 KG. Plus, with longer, wider gimbal arms, the RS3 Pro is designed to support many of the wider cameras favoured by pro videographers in 2022. DJI RS3: Designed for on-the-go videographers, the DJI RS3’s super strong gimbal arms are equipped to support payloads up to 3KG including both popular mirrorless and DSLR models. This includes the Canon R series, Sony Alpha series and Nikon Z series.
DJI RS2: With powerful motors designed to support bigger, heavier payloads, the DJI RS2 can support payloads up to 4.5KGs and is ideal for users who are yet to transition from bulkier DSLRs to lighter mirrorless camera options.
DJI RSC2: Optimised for use with lightweight mirrorless cameras, the DJI RSC2 supports a maximum payload capacity of 3KG which is ideal for compact setups that require just a single operator.

Operating Modes
DJI RS3 Pro: Engineered for pro-users, the DJI RS3 Pro can be used in a variety of different configurations, from solo-user to the centerpiece on a large film set. The RS3 Pro can also be easily adapted to support professional filmmaking equipment the cinematographers already rely on daily. With accessories including the Ronin Base Expansion Kit, the RS3 Pro can be adapted to suit usage with large camera cranes, vehicle mounts and more.
DJI RS3: RS3 brings back the popular Vertical video mode that users loved on the DJI RSC2 whilst also opening up new avenues for creativity with Underslung and Briefcase operating modes.
DJI RS2: The RS3 can be operated with one hand, two hands, or with an entire supporting crew. With its detachable battery grip, the RS2 can easily be adapted for use with sliders, tripods and more.
DJI RSC2: Arguably the most versatile Ronin stabiliser of the lineup, at least straight out of the box, the DJI RSC2 features a whopping SIX operating modes that configurations that can be used based on your desired filming outcome.

TouchScreen Controls
DJI RS3 Pro: Upgraded for easier operation on the go, the DJI RS3 Pro features the largest touchscreen display ever on a DJI RS gimbal. The new 1.8” OLED touchscreen display remains bright even in glary environments and allows users to have instant access to gimbal controls, operation settings and more. Having a touchscreen this large at your finger (or thumb) tips is a huge gamechanger!

DJI RS2: Sporting the largest touchscreen display prior to the launch of the DJI RS3 series, the DJI RS2 features a 1.4” LCD display that displays images in full colour.

Battery Life
DJI RS3 Pro: Powered using the DJI BG30 battery grip first introduced alongside the DJI RS2, the DJI RS3 Pro can be operated for up to 12 hours off a single fully-charged battery. This battery grip is also hot-swappable to allow for continual filming even after the battery has been depleted.
DJI RS3: Sporting the new and improved DJI BG21 battery grip that provides a compact power solution, the DJI RS3 can be operated up to 12 hours off a single charge. Need some more juice? The BG21 can easily be hot swapped or charged in just 2.5 hours.
DJI RS2: The DJI RS2 can achieve up to 12 hours of continual operation with the rechargeable DJI BG30 battery grip. Plus, with its advanced quick-charging protocol, the BG30 battery grip can be fully charged within 90 minutes.
DJI RSC2: Designed using a built-in battery, the DJI RSC2 features an astoundingly long battery life of up to 14 hours, the longest among the DJI Ronin lineup. It should be noted however, that the RSC2 does not allow for battery hot-swapping due to its built-in battery. This means that the RSC2 needs to be recharged directly after its battery is depleted
