If your drone has been activated for more than 48 hours but only a few weeks old and in like-new condition; you may still be eligible to purchase and bind the DJI Care Refresh plan based on a few simple verification photos.
What is DJI Care Refresh?
The DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that covers you for a fixed term at a fixed initial fee:
Essentially, when your drone experiences non-warranty / pilot error damage (including water damage), you will be able to access a replacement at an excess fee; provided you are able to retrieve the damaged product. Only certain products are covered via flyaway if the product cannot be retrieved (DJI Mini 2/SE, Air 2S/ Air 2 only).

Where can I find my DJI Care Refresh Activation Code?
DJI Care Refresh is sold separately to the drone. If you purchased from D1 Store, you will find the activation code on your invoice as the Serial Number.
If you haven't yet purchased care refresh, please visit here to purchase. To bypass the 48 hours check you will need to use the current date (today's date). After purchase, an automated email with your DJI Care Refresh activation code will be emailed to you (please check your junk/spam in case it has ended up there).
What condition does my drone need to be in?
Your drone must meet the following conditions to be eligible for Care Refresh after 48 hours:
1. Australian Stock
2. No damage to the drone including water damage.
What If my drone is a few months old?
There are no gaurantees of success if your drone is a few months old.
How long does the process take?
Depending on when the verification files were submitted, it can take between 2-5 business days and additional time during holidays.
